Privacy

We do not ask for a diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, test results or any other health information anywhere on this site, including on the briefing signup. If a form ever appears to ask you for that, do not fill it in and tell us.

If you join the launch list we store your email address, the content preferences you chose (pathways, coverage topics, regions, frequency and language), the date and time you gave consent, the wording version of the consent you agreed to, and a one-way hashed form of your network address used only to limit automated signups.

We store this so we can send you the brief when it launches. No email delivery service is connected yet and no campaign has ever been sent. Subscriber records are private and are not readable from the public site.

You can ask us to remove your record at any time and it will be deleted, not merely deactivated.

If you submit an enquiry, we store only what you type into that form and use it to respond. Enquiries are stored privately and are never displayed publicly.

Clinics and guides you save, and the profiles you add to a comparison, are stored in your own browser. They are not sent to us and they are not tied to your identity.

Our research notes, internal reviewer notes and any documents supplied to us by a provider are private and never published. What appears publicly on a provider profile is the fact itself, its source, its verification status and the date it was checked.

Named individuals we contact at a provider are never published, and internal notes are never published.

Your language choice is stored in your browser and in a small preference cookie so the site opens in the same language next time. It is not used to identify you.
